Iranian Ballistic Missile Injury Lawsuits

Ongoing Investigation: Iranian Missile Attack on U.S. Troops in Iraq - For the past year, our legal team has investigated the January 2020 missile attack on U.S. service members stationed at Al Asad Air Base in Iraq. The developing evidence shows that the Iranian Government’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) launched from Iran more than 20 rockets at the Al Asad Air Base in Iraq. The IRGC launched the attack in response to the targeted death of Qasem Soleimani, who commanded the Quds Force of the IRGC.

U.S. Troops Suffered Traumatic Brain Injuries - The Iranian missile attack on Al Asad Air Base in Iraq inflicted immediate and likely long-term traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) on U.S. service  members. The medical consequences will vary among the injured.

Legal Representation for Injured Service Members - Our legal team intends to prosecute a case on behalf of injured service members and their families in response to the Al Asad Air Base attack. Hundreds of service members were diagnosed with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and other injuries. The U.S. Government now allows our service members injured by acts of terrorism to seek compensation for their injuries. If you have information for our investigation or wish to discuss a potential case, please call 1-855-632-7912 or email us at info@sullolaw.com at your convenience and someone on our team will follow up with you.

Our Legal Team and Our Record - Along with Sullo & Sullo, our legal team on this case includes Robert “Al” Broadbent, a former Special Advisor to the Secretary of Defense and a 23-year U.S. Army Judge Advocate, and Jim Moriarty, a former U.S. Marine, Vietnam combat veteran and Gold Star father who lost his Army Special Forces son in a terrorist attack abroad.

WITH RESPECT TO OUR IRANIAN MISSLE ATTACK CASES, OUR LEGAL TEAM DOES NOT INCLUDE THE MM LAW FIRM: Gavriel Mairone of the MM Law Firm is not and has never been a member of our legal team for claims arising out of the January 20, 2020 Iranian Missile Attacks.

In 2020, Jim Moriarty and Andrew Sullo, along with a small group of other firms, successfully prosecuted the Khobar Towers Bombing case on behalf of U.S. Air Force service members and their families. We obtained an $879 million judgment.*
